Noticing the shift in the construction industry toward refurbishing lost property and the rental market going crazy due to many losing there homes.Larry thought his talent could be most helpful in this changing industry by opening his own handyman service.
When working for his fathers construction business building mostly large room additions including Master bed rooms with elaborate bathrooms, dens, kitchens out buildings and garages from start to finish Larry realized he would get rather tired of being on the same project for 2 months or more and was more the type geared toward the Handyman Service. Needless to say building projects from the ground up and gaining experience in every trade involved sure did prepare him well for this type of business.
